Continuing Education?

Most medical professionals are required by the State they practice in to stay current with methods and procedures. For example, I have a friend that is a dental hygienist and is required by the State of NC to acquire a number of credit hours every year to maintain her license. It’s a great requirement because it forces the people working on our bodies to know new up to date information. What about the people working on their vehicles? Well…the State of North Carolina does not require any continuing education for mechanics, auto body techs, or dent guys. However, wouldn’t it be nice if they did? For most Paintless Dent Repair Technicians, the attitude, “this is what I do and this is how I do it” is common. Why get better if you don’t have to? Therein lies the problem, if you can get better, or perform better repairs through ‘continuing education’, why not? A wise older friend of mine often says, “you have to do it somehow, why not do it the right way!” That’s the motto we have adopted at DING Mobile Dent Removal. Stagnant waters breed disease. We refuse to be stagnant. We are constantly researching, new and cleaner ways to improve. The advances in tools over the past 5 years have totally changed the game. Now bigger and more complex damage is repairable. We are constantly reinvesting in our business to have the best tools the industry has to offer. This driven attitude for achieving the best repairs has taken us to the position our company currently resides in. Just read the google reviews to see what customers are saying…
